Role Overview
Join the main contracting team as a Senior Site Architect for a major high-rise tower project.
The role leads architectural site delivery and coordination across construction disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise architectural works on site in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings, IFC drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate architectural work with structural, MEP, façade, interiors, and other disciplines.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor work for quality, progress, and compliance.
- Conduct inspections, identify defects and non-conformities, and ensure timely rectification.
- Coordinate approvals and resolve construction issues with consultants and subcontractors.
- Monitor architectural work against the project programme and support timely completion.
- Assist with snagging, testing, inspections, and final handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- At least 8 years of architectural or site experience.
- Main contractor or high-rise project experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architectural construction, finishes, detailing, and site coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
