- Lead and support workshop activities related to valve maintenance, fabrication, and pressure testing
- Perform PRV/PSV overhauling, inspection, testing, and troubleshooting
- Carry out hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing per procedures and standards
- Support fabrication activities including piping supports, structural repairs, welding, gas cutting, grinding, and drilling
- Ensure workshop equipment and tools are maintained in safe working condition
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, HSE, QA/QC, and Technical teams
- Support plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency maintenance
- Utilize SAP PM for work order execution and documentation
- Provide technical guidance to workshop technicians and contractors
- Maintain accurate records of valve maintenance and pressure testing
Requirements
- Experience in valve maintenance, fabrication, and pressure testing
- Proficiency in PRV/PSV overhauling and testing
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and isometric drawings
- Experience with SAP PM for maintenance activities
- Knowledge of workshop safety procedures and permit to work systems

Responsibilities

- Support fabrication activities including piping supports, structural repairs, welding, gas cutting, grinding, and drilling.
- Ensure workshop equipment, testing devices, tools, and machinery are maintained in safe working condition.
- Review technical drawings, P&IDs, and isometric drawings to support maintenance and fabrication activities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, HSE, QA/QC, and Technical teams to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
- Support plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with workshop safety procedures, permit to work requirements, and quality standards.
- Utilize SAP PM for maintenance activities, work order execution, and job documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to workshop technicians and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records of valve maintenance, pressure testing, and workshop activities.
