Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies for Instrumentation and Electrical systems
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA), and reliability improvement initiatives
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve plant reliability and asset integrity
- Perform ETAP studies including Load Flow, Short Circuit, Motor Starting, Relay Coordination, and Protection Studies
- Support Instrumented Protective Systems (IPS/SIS), Functional Safety, and IEC 61511 compliance
- Review equipment reliability, criticality studies, and maintenance strategies
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting complex Instrumentation and Electrical equipment failures
- Participate in commissioning, start up, shutdowns, and turnaround activities
- Support Management of Change (MOC), PSSR, and reliability improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with company standards, IEC, IEEE, and international engineering practices
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in instrumentation and electrical reliability engineering
- Experience in developing and implementing RCM strategies for I&E systems
- Proficiency in ETAP studies including Load Flow, Short Circuit, Motor Starting, Relay Coordination, and Protection Studies
- Knowledge of Instrumented Protective Systems (IPS/SIS) and Functional Safety (IEC 61511)
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis and FMEA
- Experience in commissioning, start up, shutdowns, and turnaround activities
- Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, and international engineering practices
