- Maintain and update instrumentation data using SPI INTools
- Prepare and update Instrument Index, Instrument Specification Sheets, Loop Drawings, Wiring Drawings, Interconnection Diagrams, and I/O Assignments
- Support Process Safety Information (PSI) and Management of Change (MOC) activities
- Verify instrumentation data through document reviews and field verification
- Generate reports and ensure integrity of instrumentation databases
- Support Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams with accurate documentation
- Perform SPI INTools administration including data management, reporting, user management, backup, recovery, and system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices
Requirements
- Experience with SPI INTools (SmartPlant Instrumentation)
- Knowledge of instrumentation documentation (Instrument Index, Specification Sheets, Loop Drawings, etc.)
- Understanding of Process Safety Information (PSI) and Management of Change (MOC)
- Ability to perform data management, reporting, and system administration
