About the Role
CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Senior SHES Manager to join an international contractor on large-scale LNG/Oil & Gas construction projects in Qatar. The role involves managing SHES systems, leading teams, and ensuring safety compliance on two major mechanical construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SHES Management Systems
- Manage and mentor large teams, fostering collaboration within a Joint Venture framework
- Lead and guide full implementation of Project SHES Management Systems and Programs
- Leverage experience to foster implementation of international best practices on both packages
- Plan and lead resource allocation and ensure effective resource development across both packages
- Provide oversight and guidance on SHES Systems, Regulatory compliance and SHES Performance at project sites
- Prepare, review and update Project Specific SHES Plans and key supporting documents
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field
- Internationally recognized SHES certifications including ISO 45001 and/or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical construction methodologies
- Proven track record in safety management on large scale oil & gas construction projects
- International project experience with Tier 1 EPC Contractors or Client on onshore production facilities
- Sound knowledge of project execution process in large scale project environments
- Ability to work in a multi national organizational matrix

Job Overview
- Required to join an international contractor working on large scale LNG / Oil & Gas construction projects in Qatar.
- The successful candidate will manage two large mechanical oil & gas construction projects in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SHES Management Systems.

Applicant Criteria

- Proven track record in safety management and adept at engaging with Joint Venture partners and clients.
- International project experience with Tier 1 EPC Contractors or Client, involved in construction of onshore production facilities.
- Sound knowledge of the project execution process in large scale project environments.
- Ability to work in a multi national organizational matrix with a variety of working relationships/interfaces.
