Responsibilities
- Provide operational SHES support, direction, guidance and leadership to Construction Projects
- Support project SHES Managers to ensure compliance with corporate and client specific SHES expectations
- Take the lead in serious injury and fatality (SIF) incident investigations
- Provide guidance and support to all projects in developing project specific SHES Plans & Procedures
- Support the project management in the preparation for site mobilization
- Manage the relevant elements of the SHES Management system
Requirements
- HSE related NVQ Level 6, NEBOSH National/International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or higher
- OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001/ISO14001 Lead Auditor
- TapRoot Advanced Root Cause Analysis Team Leader (or equivalent RCA tool)
- 10 12 years relevant industry HSE experience
- International project experience with Tier 1 EPC Contractors or Client, involved in construction of onshore production facilities
- Sound knowledge of project execution process in large scale project environments
- Ability to work in a multi national organizational matrix

Role Overview
- Required to join an international contractor working on large scale LNG / Oil & Gas construction projects in Qatar.
- The successful candidate will be involved in the management and site implementation of Safety, Health, Environmental and Security Policies and Procedures on assigned projects supporting the project team to ensure SHES objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational SHES support, direction, guidance and leadership to Construction Projects

Qualifications
