- Ensure all company policies align with local, state, and federal labor laws, maintain compliance logs, and update the employee handbook.
- Support managers with annual review process, track employee goals, and help identify training or development needs.
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records using HRIS and prepare HR metrics reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years experience as HR generalist
- Must speak Arabic
- Must be based in Qatar
- Experience within developers, contractors in Qatar desirable

Overview
- Required to join a government backed developer working on the construction and management of economic zones in Qatar. The successful candidate will manage the day to day operations of the HR department.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is required
- 3+ years experience working as HR generalist
- Experience within developers, contractors in Qatar desirable
- MUST speak Arabic
- MUST be based in Qatar
