Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 12 years postgraduate experience
- Proven experience on complex building construction projects in the Gulf (luxury hotels, mixed use commercial)
- Strong knowledge of local authority standards, regulations, and construction practices
- Demonstrated leadership in managing contractors, consultants, and site teams
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Fluent in Arabic
- Strong technical, site supervision, and stakeholder coordination capabilities
