- Design, configure, and manage SharePoint and Sitecore solutions
- Administer SharePoint sites and Sitecore environments
- Implement workflows, manage permissions, and ensure system security, stability, and performance
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and customize portals
- Integrate SharePoint/Sitecore with other enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform upgrades and patching
- Maintain documentation and contribute to best practices and governance standards
Requirements
- Strong skills in SharePoint and SharePoint Administration for enterprise scale implementations
- Skills in SharePoint Designer and related configuration tools
- Solid troubleshooting and information technology skills
- Experience with Sitecore development, configuration, and content management
- Hands on experience integrating SharePoint/Sitecore with enterprise systems, preferably in financial institutions
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in regulated industries
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Role Description
- Design, configure, and manage SharePoint and Sitecore solutions to support complex banking and enterprise environments.
- Administer SharePoint sites and Sitecore environments, implement workflows, manage permissions, and ensure system security, stability, and performance.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements, customize portals, and integrate SharePoint/Sitecore with other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform upgrades and patching, maintain documentation, and contribute to best practices and governance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in SharePoint and SharePoint Administration for enterprise scale implementations.
- Skills in SharePoint Designer and related configuration tools.
- Solid troubleshooting and information technology skills.
- Experience with Sitecore development, configuration, and content management in large organizations or banking environments is highly beneficial.
- Hands on experience integrating SharePoint/Sitecore with other enterprise systems, APIs, and services, preferably in financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance practices within regulated industries such as banking and finance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
