- Provide day to day technical support and maintenance for Sitecore and SharePoint environments
- Monitor system performance, resolve incidents and service requests
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to implement fixes and enhancements
- Handle user support, permissions management, content related issues, and configuration changes
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and adherence to bank policies and security standards
Requirements
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, particularly with Sitecore, SharePoint, and related integration points
- Solid Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Strong Analytical Skills for incident analysis, problem diagnosis, performance monitoring, and reporting
- Experience working in banking or financial services environments is highly beneficial
- Hands on experience with Sitecore and SharePoint administration, configuration, and content management is preferred
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi

Role Description
- The Sitecore/SharePoint Support Analyst (Bank) will provide day to day technical support and maintenance for Sitecore and SharePoint environments used by a banking client.
- Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, resolving incidents and service requests, performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and coordinating with development and infrastructure teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
- The analyst will handle user support, permissions management, content related issues, and configuration changes, ensuring high availability, reliability, and adherence to bank policies and security standards.
- This is a contract role that is on site and based in Abu Dhabi, requiring close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to meet operational and service level objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, particularly with Sitecore, SharePoint, and related integration points.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively assist end users and communicate solutions clearly.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for incident analysis, problem diagnosis, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Experience working in banking or financial services environments, with understanding of security, compliance, and change management processes, is highly beneficial.
- Hands on experience with Sitecore and SharePoint administration, configuration, and content management is preferred.
- Relevant technical certifications in Sitecore, SharePoint, or Microsoft technologies are an advantage.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, collaborate with cross functional teams, and manage multiple support tickets within defined SLAs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a structured and detail oriented approach to documentation.
