Role Description

  • The Sitecore/SharePoint Support Analyst (Bank) will provide day to day technical support and maintenance for Sitecore and SharePoint environments used by a banking client.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, resolving incidents and service requests, performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and coordinating with development and infrastructure teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
  • The analyst will handle user support, permissions management, content related issues, and configuration changes, ensuring high availability, reliability, and adherence to bank policies and security standards.
  • This is a contract role that is on site and based in Abu Dhabi, requiring close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to meet operational and service level objectives.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, particularly with Sitecore, SharePoint, and related integration points.
  • Candidates should possess solid Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively assist end users and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for incident analysis, problem diagnosis, performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Experience working in banking or financial services environments, with understanding of security, compliance, and change management processes, is highly beneficial.
  • Hands on experience with Sitecore and SharePoint administration, configuration, and content management is preferred.
  • Relevant technical certifications in Sitecore, SharePoint, or Microsoft technologies are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, collaborate with cross functional teams, and manage multiple support tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a structured and detail oriented approach to documentation.
