- Support solution design and implementation in alignment with banking regulatory and compliance standards
- Facilitate workshops and meetings, coordinate with technical teams
- Support user acceptance testing and provide ongoing guidance

- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi

Role Description
- The Senior Business Analyst (Banking Only) will work on site in Abu Dhabi in a contract capacity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements, map current and future business processes.
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities within banking products and services.
- Conduct data and process analysis, prepare detailed specifications, support solution design and implementation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings, coordinate with technical teams, support UAT, and provide guidance.

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and support decision making.
- Business analysis and business requirements skills for banking systems.
- Business process skills to map and optimize workflows.
- Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience in digital banking, core banking systems, and regulatory/compliance frameworks.
- Proven background in delivering technology driven projects within banks or financial institutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field; professional certifications (CBAP, PMI PBA) are an advantage.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and manage multiple priorities.
