Role Overview
The Senior Security Analyst will lead and manage enterprise security operations across the IT environment.
The role covers implementation, configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of security technologies and controls.
Security controls span networks, systems, applications, and data platforms.
Core Security Scope
- Work across identity and access management, data protection, threat detection and response, application security, and infrastructure hardening.
- Conduct risk assessments and support compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
- Apply advanced network security expertise and secure architecture principles.
- Use hands-on Linux/Unix administration and system hardening experience.
- Work with CyberArk PAM, IBM Identity and Access Management, and DLP technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity operations or security engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in network security implementation and troubleshooting.
- Strong hands-on experience in Linux/Unix administration and system hardening.
- Experience with security monitoring, incident handling, and security tool stacks.
- Experience conducting risk assessments and supporting ISO 27001 compliance initiatives.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP and common network protocols.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently and lead security initiatives.
Preferred Certifications
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, GIAC certifications, and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor.
- Other relevant security certifications may also be considered.
