Job Purpose
Coordinate and support security operations in line with Security Policy and standard operating procedures.
Supervise outsourced personnel and support the smooth running of day-to-day operations through data collection, logistical support, and incident reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and conduct random inspections of personnel deployed across security assignments.
- Prepare shift incident reports and submit them to the relevant supervisor for escalation when required.
- Prepare work rosters to optimize manpower utilization and minimize overtime costs.
- Support preliminary investigations by gathering facts and conducting workplace inspections.
- Participate in operational activities for air shows, flight delays, staff shortages, and other ad hoc services.
- Supervise outsourced security personnel deployed across Group facilities for policy and operational compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of 10 years of schooling or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive role, at heights, and around hazardous energy systems.
Advantageous Qualifications
- Experience in the aviation security field is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
Work Environment
- The role supports security operations across Group facilities and may involve events, flight delays, staff shortages, and other operational services.
- The position requires working at heights and around hazardous energy systems.
