Job Purpose
Support business solutions and operations for Emirates Skywards, the loyalty programme for Emirates and flydubai.
Provide systems and business support that helps loyalty members behave in ways that positively affect airline profit drivers.
The role covers partnership and product launches, lifecycle and tier management, commercial coordination, tactical promotions, platform administration, and service availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support partner and product launches, enhancements, and terminations as a technical and systems subject matter expert.
- Coordinate requirements, solution design reviews, system setup, integration, and end-to-end testing with internal and external teams.
- Provide techno-functional input for product and partnership models, requirements documentation, negotiations, contracting, and process improvements.
- Monitor loyalty function availability, support users, manage service disruptions, and coordinate issue resolution with IT and service providers.
- Support campaign owners from campaign design through setup, monitoring, execution, and issue resolution.
Qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in information technology or IT sales, or 12 years of schooling or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in information technology, systems, project management, loyalty domain interfaces, or quality assurance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management skills, effective multitasking ability, and strong attention to detail.
- Operational experience delivering cross-functional projects and directing delivery against key performance indicators.
- Some IT qualifications and considerable exposure to Windows and Office applications.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience in the airline or travel industry is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of SQL Query, Business Objects, JIRA, Confluence, or Agile project management is advantageous.
