We are partnered with a fast-scaling e-commerce business looking to appoint a
Lead Salesforce Developer
to drive the design, development, and optimisation of their Salesforce ecosystem.
This role will take ownership of Salesforce architecture and delivery, ensuring it supports high-volume customer journeys, seamless integrations, and scalable growth across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the
- end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle
- across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud
- Design and implement
- scalable, high-performance solutions
- aligned with e-commerce operations
- Own
- Salesforce architecture
- , including integrations with ERP, payment gateways, and third-party platforms
- Develop custom solutions using
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Drive
- automation and optimisation
- of customer journeys, order management, and CRM processes
- Manage and mentor a
- team of Salesforce developers
(Onshore And Offshore)
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure
- best practices, governance, and security standards
- are maintained
- Lead releases, deployments, and CI/CD processes
Required Experience
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years in a
- lead or senior capacity
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce APIs and integrations
• Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Proven experience working in
- e-commerce or high-transaction environments
- Experience integrating Salesforce with:
- Payment systems
- ERP platforms
- Marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of
- order management, customer lifecycle, and digital journeys
- Experience with
- Agile/Scrum delivery environments
