The Role
Own Salesforce as Solink's primary administrator and accountable internal owner across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

About Solink
Solink provides a cloud-based platform that transforms video security into real-time operational insights.
The platform integrates with existing cameras and systems to help businesses improve security, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
First 6-12 Months
- Stabilize the post-migration Salesforce org, resolve legacy data-model debt, finalize routing rules, and triage user-reported issues.
- Own the Salesforce side of the HubSpot sync, including mappings, association logic, and error resolution.
- Bring Salesforce direction and execution fully in-house from external partners.
- Establish durable release, sandbox, QA, and documentation practices.
