  • The Technical Sales Representative – Farm Solutions will support the growth of Agrivita’s Farm Solutions portfolio, starting with Biosecurity Solutions, by creating demand at Small Poultry farms (SPF), Vet Pharmacies, Hatcheries and Slaughterhouses’ channels, conducting structured customer visits, d

Sales Operations

  • Demand Generation: Promote Agrivita Farm Solutions, with immediate focus on Biosecurity Solutions, across poultry farms, SPF, Vet Pharmacies, Hatcheries, Slaughterhouses and relevant retail/outlet customers.
  • Poultry Technical Support: Provide first line technical guidance on cleaning and disinfection programs, biosecurity routines, product selection, dilution, application method, and safe handling.
  • Customer Development: Identify and qualify new farm opportunities, build strong relationships with owners, veterinarians, farm managers and production teams.
  • Farm Visits & Demonstrations: Conduct regular face to face visits, product demonstrations, farm walk throughs and post visit follow ups.
  • Technical Learning & Product Mastery: Rapidly build and maintain strong knowledge of the Farm Solutions portfolio, poultry production basics, disease pressure drivers, and competitive offerings.
  • Sales Execution: Support achievement of sales, volume and margin targets through disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, order follow up.
  • Market Intelligence: Capture customer feedback, competitor activity, pricing insights, product performance observations and unmet needs.
  • Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, technical, QA/lab, customer service and supply chain teams.
  • Large Animal Support: Support large animal Farm Solutions opportunities when required.

Special Projects

  • Support new Farm Solutions launches, customer trials, campaign rollouts, training events, and any special projects requested by Agthia leadership.

MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare accurate and timely visit reports, sales pipeline updates, customer feedback, competitor intelligence, product performance observations and monthly progress summaries.

Qualifications, Experience & Functional Knowledge

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture, or a related discipline. Poultry focused technical education or training is preferred.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in poultry technical sales, animal health, farm biosecurity, farm management, or technical customer support. Early career, high potential profile with strong learning agility and willingness to spend significant time in the field. Experience with cleaning, disinfe
