- Manage end to end process of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Service Receipt Notes
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely payments and accurate processing of SRNs
- Maintain accurate tracking of Marketing expense budgets and drive budget related meetings
- Track events/sponsorships and Free of Cost issuance and budgets
- Manage Co Packing PRs and sticker printing across brand lines
- Coordinate permits for vehicle/fleet branding
- Create item codes in SAP for promotion items
- Support AI transformation projects including drafting requirements and testing applications
- Drive process improvements by automating recurring activities
Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in marketing operations, procurement coordination, budget tracking, or similar support role
- Experience with PR/PO/SRN processes and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
- College graduate degree in a related field is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable with technology and interest in AI tools

Position Overview
- The Marketing Operations Executive is responsible for day to day activities enabling delivery, transparency, and monitoring of marketing activities and budgets across Food and Water categories.
- The role ensures marketing expenditure is well governed, purchasing and payment processes run smoothly, and the wider marketing team is supported with accurate tracking and timely coordination.
- The person is expected to grow through various projects within the marketing function, supporting AI transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end process of Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Service Receipt Notes (SRNs).
- Ensure timely delivery of POs through coordination with Procurement function before each marketing activity begins.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely payments and accurate, on time processing of SRNs.
- Maintain efficient and accurate tracking of Marketing expense budgets, ensuring full transparency for all brands.
- Drive budget related meetings independently – setting agenda, recording minutes, and following up on actions.
- Monthly reconciliation, closing and reporting to marketing and finance teams.
- Track events/sponsorships and Free of Cost (FOC) issuance and budgets.
- Manage Co Packing PRs and sticker printing across relevant brand lines.
- Coordinate permits for vehicle/fleet branding.
- Create item codes in SAP when required for promotion items.
- Support key AI transformation projects including drafting requirements, testing applications, and providing feedback.
- Drive process improvements by automating recurring activities such as DME tracking and PR/PO process.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 4 years of experience in marketing operations, procurement coordination, budget tracking, or similar support role.
- Experience working with PR/PO/SRN processes and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
- College graduate degree in a related field would be a plus.
- Exposure to FMCG, beverages, or food categories preferred but not essential.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high volume of recurring tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and transparency.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable with technology and interest in AI tools.
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
