Responsibilities
- Lead end to end Existing Product Development (EPD) and commercialization projects from customer brief to product launch
- Drive multiple projects simultaneously ensuring on time, within budget delivery
- Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and other cross functional teams
- Translate customer and commercial requirements into structured project plans
- Drive project governance, manage risks, and ensure effective stage gate execution
- Lead Private Label and customer specific development projects
- Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance cross functional collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Food Engineering, or related discipline
- 5 8 years of experience leading end to end product development and commercialization projects in Food & Beverage industry
- Proven experience managing EPD and/or NPD projects from concept to commercialization
- Experience managing Private Label and/or Branded product development projects
- Demonstrated success in leading cross functional projects and delivering on time and within budget
- PMP certification or relevant Master's degree is an advantage

How will your day look like?

Education & Experience

- Experience managing Private Label and/or Branded product development projects
- Demonstrated success in leading cross functional projects and delivering outcomes on time and within budget
- PMP certification and/or relevant Master's degree will be an advantage
