We are hiring a Senior Sales & Partnerships Specialist for our Dubai office. You will drive business growth through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and closing deals.

- Generate new business opportunities and close deals with potential clients
- Conduct meetings and presentations with brands and agencies
- Build and maintain strong long term client relationships
- Prepare customized proposals and strategic sales plans
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution
- Update CRM system and prepare regular sales reports
- Stay updated on market trends, digital marketing, and influencer campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in sales or business development
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or media agencies preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing and influencer marketing industry
- Self motivated, target oriented, and professional attitude
- Must own a car and have a valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
