- Lead and manage the Community Management team.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow execution.
- Manage client communication across all social media platforms.
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Creative, Content, and Marketing teams.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Monitor social media performance, reports, and operational dashboards.
- Improve operational processes and team productivity.
- Ensure SLA compliance and service quality.
- Support business growth through continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Community Management, Operations Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Previous leadership or team management experience.
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Candidates must be UAE residents with a valid UAE driving license and a personal car.
