Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Coordinate visa, labor, and immigration related processes
- Support payroll preparation and attendance management
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data
- Support management in implementing HR strategies and procedures
Requirements
- 2 3 years of HR experience within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and HR operations
- Experience handling visa, labour, and immigration processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Driving License
