- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s client base
- Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision makers
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction
- Attend meetings, networking events, and industry activities to represent the company professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in marketing, advertising, or media agencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and influencer campaigns is a plus
- Must have a valid driving license and own a car
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Job Details
- Location: Riyadh
- Working Hours: 9 hours/day (including 1 hour break)
- Two days off per week
Compensation
- Competitive Salary + Commission + Bonuses
- Pay: ﷼15,000.00 ﷼22,000.00 per month
