Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This is a full-time, on-site role where the candidate will oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, develop strategic sales plans, manage key relationships, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals.
The Senior Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies while ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaboration with the marketing and management teams to align sales goals with organizational objectives will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in team management, leadership, and team motivation strategies
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and emerging opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to assess market data and create effective sales plans
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems is preferred
- Proven experience in customer relationship building and client satisfaction management
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate sales or property management is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and local language skills are a plus
