Director of Sales – Real Estate Developer
Company: FAKHRUDDIN Properties
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead and manage a team of 10 sales professionals within a fast-growing real estate development company in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
1- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
2- Develop and implement sales strategies for direct sales, broker channels, and lead conversion
3- Monitor team KPIs, pipeline management, and CRM performance daily
4- Drive sales performance through coaching, training, and continuous team development
5- Work closely with marketing and management teams to maximize lead generation and conversion rates
6- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, and high-net-worth clients
7- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for senior management
Requirements
1- Minimum 5 years of real estate sales leadership experience in Dubai based Developer
2- Proven experience managing a sales team of 10+ members
3- Strong knowledge of Dubai off-plan market and developer sales operations
4- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
5- Strong CRM and sales reporting experience
6- RERA certification is preferred
7- Arabic, English, Urdu, Russian, French, German or Spanish additional languages are a plus
