Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving property sales by identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and presenting tailored real estate solutions.
The role includes conducting property viewings, negotiating terms and contracts, meeting sales targets, and providing market insights to prospective buyers.
The Senior Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and will maintain an up-to-date understanding of the real estate market and its trends to support informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum
- 3+ years experience with a real estate developer in Dubai
- Proven track record in
- off-plan sales via broker channels (indirect sales)
- Strong
- existing network of channel partners and brokerage firms
- Deep understanding of
- Dubai real estate market, regulations, and sales cycle
- Excellent
- negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- **Fluency in English is mandatory**
- Additional languages such as
Arabic, French, Urdu, Russian, Persian, or Turkish
- are a strong advantage
- **UAE driving license is preferred**
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of performing in a fast-paced environment
