- Coordinate with colleagues in marketing and customer service
- Represent the brand professionally at all times
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales and sales promotion abilities
- Customer service skills
- Basic proficiency with operating systems and standard office applications
- Fluency in English required
- Ability to work on site, including weekends or extended hours
- High school diploma required
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or retail sales is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Promoter role based in Dubai, UAE. The Sales Promoter will actively promote Fakhruddin Properties’ residential and commercial projects to prospective clients through in person interactions, phone calls, events, and property visits.
- Responsibilities include explaining project features and benefits, responding to customer inquiries, conducting property tours, and supporting sales conversions under the guidance of the sales team.
- The role also involves maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, coordinating with colleagues in marketing and customer service, and representing the brand professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Promotion abilities, ideally within real estate or a related customer facing industry
- Customer Service skills
- Basic proficiency with Operating Systems and standard office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools)
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or retail sales is an advantage
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages commonly used in UAE is beneficial
- Ability to work on site, including weekends or extended hours when needed
- High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset
