Company Description

Role Description

  • Drive revenue growth and expand partnerships for Phoenix Global Education’s AI + Metaverse platform and related programs.
  • Identify and qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and conduct virtual meetings and demos with universities, schools, and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in alignment with company targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine offerings, gather market feedback, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, report on key metrics, and continuously explore new markets and partnership opportunities within global education.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in edtech, SaaS, or digital platforms.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities, with comfort leading virtual demos and meetings.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, including account planning and market expansion initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of global education trends and interest in AI, immersive technologies, or the Metaverse.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with diverse stakeholders across regions and cultures.
  • Self directed work style, strong organizational skills, and effectiveness in a fully remote, fast paced startup environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track performance and inform decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring sales teams is an advantage for this senior level role.
