- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Solid understanding of global education trends and interest in AI, immersive technologies, or the Metaverse.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
- Self directed work style and effectiveness in a fully remote, fast paced startup environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring sales teams is an advantage.

Role Description
- Drive revenue growth and expand partnerships for Phoenix Global Education’s AI + Metaverse platform and related programs.
- Identify and qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and conduct virtual meetings and demos with universities, schools, and industry partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in alignment with company targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine offerings, gather market feedback, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
- Monitor sales performance, report on key metrics, and continuously explore new markets and partnership opportunities within global education.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in edtech, SaaS, or digital platforms.
- Strong skills in lead generation, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities, with comfort leading virtual demos and meetings.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, including account planning and market expansion initiatives.
- Solid understanding of global education trends and interest in AI, immersive technologies, or the Metaverse.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with diverse stakeholders across regions and cultures.
- Self directed work style, strong organizational skills, and effectiveness in a fully remote, fast paced startup environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track performance and inform decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring sales teams is an advantage for this senior level role.
