Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, ideally in edtech, education, or technology driven services
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities in virtual and in person settings
- Comfort with remote work, digital collaboration tools, and CRM or sales management platforms
- Ability to understand and explain technology solutions, particularly AI and immersive or virtual platforms
- Customer focused mindset with ability to build long term relationships
- Self motivated, organized, and able to work independently toward sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in international education, student recruitment, or university partnerships is an advantage

Role Description
- Drive adoption of Phoenix Global Education’s platform among students, universities, and partner organizations.
- Identify and qualify leads, conduct discovery calls and product demos, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and provide market feedback.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms within established guidelines, track performance using CRM tools, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
