Company Description

Role Description

  • Drive adoption of Phoenix Global Education’s platform among students, universities, and partner organizations.
  • Identify and qualify leads, conduct discovery calls and product demos, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and provide market feedback.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms within established guidelines, track performance using CRM tools, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, ideally in edtech, education, or technology driven services.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities in virtual and in person settings.
  • Comfort with remote work, digital collaboration tools, and CRM or sales management platforms.
  • Ability to understand and explain technology solutions, particularly AI and immersive or virtual platforms.
  • Customer focused mindset with the ability to build long term relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Self motivated, organized, and able to work independently toward clear sales targets and deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in international education, student recruitment, or university partnerships is an advantage.
