Role Description

  • The Head of Growth, Revenue, & Sales is a full time remote role responsible for building and leading the growth and commercial strategy.
  • Oversees revenue generation plans across B2C and B2B segments including learners, universities, and industry partners.
  • Day to day work includes designing and optimizing sales funnels, managing key accounts, leading outreach and partnerships, and coordinating marketing and product initiatives.
  • Analyzes performance metrics, refines pricing and packaging, mentors a growing sales and growth team, and collaborates with leadership.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in growth leadership, sales strategy, and revenue management in a startup or high growth environment.
  • Strong skills in business development, partnerships, and account management, ideally with education, edtech, or SaaS organizations.
  • Ability to design and implement data informed growth experiments, optimize funnels, and use analytics tools.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams on go to market campaigns, demand generation, and brand positioning.
  • Proven capability to build, lead, and coach diverse, distributed teams in a remote first setting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort working with AI driven and immersive technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Experience in international markets or cross border education services is highly beneficial.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, revenue generation, executive education, conferences, events, SaaS, or professional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and recruit the global sales team from the ground up.
  • Develop sales strategies for Executive Education, FutureED, sponsorships, conferences, and corporate programmes.
  • Establish sales targets, KPIs, commission structures, and CRM processes.
  • Coach and manage Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
  • Personally lead strategic commercial negotiations and major client acquisition.
