- Coordinate marketing and product initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Analyze performance metrics, refine pricing and packaging
- Mentor a growing sales and growth team
- Collaborate with leadership to align growth strategies with company objectives
- Develop sales strategies for Executive Education, FutureED, sponsorships, conferences, and corporate programmes
- Establish sales targets, KPIs, commission structures, and CRM processes
- Personally lead strategic commercial negotiations and major client acquisition
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, revenue generation, executive education, conferences, events, SaaS, or professional services
- Demonstrated experience in growth leadership, sales strategy, and revenue management in a startup or high growth environment
- Strong skills in business development, partnerships, and account management, ideally with education, edtech, or SaaS organizations
- Ability to design and implement data informed growth experiments, optimize funnels, and use analytics tools
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams on go to market campaigns, demand generation, and brand positioning
- Proven capability to build, lead, and coach diverse, distributed teams in a remote first setting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field

Role Description
- The Head of Growth, Revenue, & Sales is a full time remote role responsible for building and leading the growth and commercial strategy.
- Oversees revenue generation plans across B2C and B2B segments including learners, universities, and industry partners.
- Day to day work includes designing and optimizing sales funnels, managing key accounts, leading outreach and partnerships, and coordinating marketing and product initiatives.
- Analyzes performance metrics, refines pricing and packaging, mentors a growing sales and growth team, and collaborates with leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in growth leadership, sales strategy, and revenue management in a startup or high growth environment.
- Strong skills in business development, partnerships, and account management, ideally with education, edtech, or SaaS organizations.
- Ability to design and implement data informed growth experiments, optimize funnels, and use analytics tools.
