- The Senior Product Consultant is a high performing sales professional responsible for driving sales of Platinum cards, a premium product with exclusive benefits.
- Leverage in depth knowledge and experience to build strong relationships with affluent clients, exceeding sales goals and fostering brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying sales opportunities, building relationships and closing deals with premium clients.
- Lead the sales and promotion of Platinum cards to high net worth individuals and premium clientele.
- Provide personalized financial advice and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs and preferences of affluent customers.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with high net worth clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards in all sales and service activities.
