About the Role

  • This role is central to ensuring that all meeting rooms are impeccably prepared and that beverages and refreshments are served to the highest standard for all meetings, with particular focus on VIP visitor and executive level hospitality.
  • This is a highly visible, service focused position that demands a professional, well presented individual with a genuine commitment to 5 star hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and set up all assigned meeting rooms prior to each booking in accordance with the meeting specifications provided by the Front of House Team Leader.
  • Ensure meeting room tables, seating arrangements, notepads, pens, and all required materials are arranged neatly and to the required standard before each meeting.
  • Set up beverage stations, water, glassware, crockery, and refreshments according to meeting type, guest profile, and host preferences.
  • Conduct a final pre meeting room inspection to ensure impeccable presentation before guests arrive.
  • Reset and restore meeting rooms promptly after each session, ensuring they are cleared, cleaned, and ready for the next booking.
  • Serve beverages, refreshments, and light catering to meeting attendees in a professional, timely, and unobtrusive manner consistent with 5 star hospitality standards.
  • Provide attentive, personalised service to VIP visitors and senior executives, anticipating needs and ensuring a seamless and memorable hospitality experience.
  • Manage hot beverage preparation including tea, coffee, and speciality drinks with accuracy and care.
  • Monitor refreshment levels throughout meetings and replenish proactively without disrupting proceedings.
  • Coordinate with the Team Leader and catering providers to ensure all orders are correctly fulfilled and delivered on time.
  • Deliver an elevated, discreet, and courteous level of service during all VIP, Board, and executive level meetings.
  • Greet and acknowledge guests warmly upon entry to meeting rooms, ensuring they feel welcomed and well attended to.
