- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, client visits, and digital platforms
- Promote the company's Industrial Automation, MEP, ELV, BMS, Home Automation, Pump Systems, and Energy Management solutions
- Meet with consultants, contractors, developers, facility management companies, and end users to understand project requirements
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close high value sales opportunities
- Build and maintain long term relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Engineering Sales, Industrial Automation, MEP, ELV, BMS, Home Automation, or related industries
- Strong understanding of engineering solutions and project based sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop long term client partnerships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- UAE driving license is preferred

About the Role
- Synthronix Automation LLC is looking for an experienced and results oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical or engineering sales and will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic client relationships, and achieving sales targets across our engineering and automation solutions.
