Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Provide information about the company's engineering, automation, and technology solutions
- Generate new sales opportunities through customer interactions, referrals, and follow ups
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing customers to convert opportunities into sales
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely and professional support
- Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system
- Achieve monthly customer service and sales performance targets
- Assist in administrative and office support activities when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Telemarketing, Business Development, or similar role preferred
- Experience in Engineering, Industrial Automation, MEP, ELV, BMS, Home Automation, or Technical Services is an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Fluency in English is required

About the Role
- Synthronix Automation LLC is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer focused Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- AED 2,000.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
