Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, LinkedIn, and online platforms
- Promote and sell engineering and automation solutions including Industrial Automation, MEP, ELV, BMS, Home Automation, Pump Systems, and Energy Management
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales, Technical Sales, Engineering Sales, Industrial Automation, MEP, ELV, BMS, or related industries preferred
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self motivated, confident, and target oriented
- Ability to build and maintain long term customer relationships
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage
- UAE driving license is an added advantage but not mandatory

About the Role
- Synthronix Automation LLC is looking for an energetic, motivated, and target driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and promoting our engineering and automation solutions across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
- Promote and sell the company's engineering and automation solutions, including Industrial Automation, MEP, ELV, Building Management Systems (BMS), Home Automation, Pump Systems, and Energy Management solutions.
