About the Role

  • Synthronix Automation LLC is looking for an energetic, motivated, and target driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and promoting our engineering and automation solutions across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
  • Promote and sell the company's engineering and automation solutions, including Industrial Automation, MEP, ELV, Building Management Systems (BMS), Home Automation, Pump Systems, and Energy Management solutions.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Sales, Technical Sales, Engineering Sales, Industrial Automation, MEP, ELV, BMS, or related industries is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self motivated, confident, and target oriented.
  • Ability to build and maintain long term customer relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
  • UAE driving license is an added advantage but not mandatory.
