About the Role

  • Synthronix Automation LLC is looking for a motivated, results driven, and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online platforms
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, facility management companies, industrial clients, and government organizations
  • Promote the company's engineering, automation, and technical solutions to prospective clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to understand project requirements
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, capability statements, and tender submissions in coordination with the technical team
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects to maximize conversion
  • Maintain an up to date sales pipeline and customer database
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Engineering Sales, Industrial Automation, MEP, ELV, BMS, Pump Systems, or Technical Services is preferred
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build long term business relationships
  • Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM software is an advantage
  • UAE driving license is an added advantage but not mandatory
