Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online platforms
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, facility management companies, industrial clients, and government organizations
- Promote the company's engineering, automation, and technical solutions to prospective clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to understand project requirements
- Prepare quotations, proposals, capability statements, and tender submissions in coordination with the technical team
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects to maximize conversion
- Maintain an up to date sales pipeline and customer database
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Engineering Sales, Industrial Automation, MEP, ELV, BMS, Pump Systems, or Technical Services is preferred
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build long term business relationships
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM software is an advantage
