Role Overview

  • KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking upon an exciting growth phase, and Modernization is a strategic priority.
  • We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Sales Engineer with a strong customer focused mindset to be based in our Dubai office.
  • In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers that are strategic or nationally/locally important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers that are strategic or nationally/locally important.
  • Proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.
  • Manage opportunities with current and new customers and close deals that meet customer needs while maximizing KONE’s order book and profitability.

Are you the one?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
  • Minimum 5 years’ Service or Modernization Sales experience within the Elevator & Escalator industry.
  • Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized self starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
  • Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
  • Passion for sales, with a proven track record in handling Key Accounts and a strong customer focus
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • UAE experience is preferred.
