About the Role
Seclore is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to collaborate with sales teams and design solutions for enterprise customers. The role involves technical presentations, demos, proof-of-concept, and managing technical evaluations.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team and engage with prospective customers to introduce Seclore’s products and solutions.
- Develop an understanding of customer needs and design/deliver high quality C level presentations and technical demos.
- Be the subject matter expert: develop excellent understanding of Seclore’s product portfolio and develop solutions.
- Own and run the technical evaluation phases including scope identification, prerequisites, technical evaluation, and technical closure.
- Provide support to the Partner ecosystems in creating best fit solutions for prospects/customers.
- Work on RFP/RFQ bids, do solutioning, demos, run proof of concept.
- Work with cross functional teams like product management, product marketing, product delivery, engineering, and support.
- Be the voice of the customer: act as liaison between prospect/customer and product team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in an enterprise software company in a customer facing field presales role.
- Fluency in English is necessary.
- Must be in a quota driven incentive role.
- Experience in conducting technical presentations, product demos, proofs of concept, user training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self motivated, team player with a clear focus on closing deals.
- Open to travel as business demands.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
- Preferably worked at a security focused software company.
- Knowledge of the channel technical ecosystem in Middle East.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in an enterprise software company in a customer facing field presales role.
- Fluency in English is necessary; fluency in Arabic is preferred.
- Preferably worked at a security focused software company.
- Must be in a quota driven incentive role.
- Demonstrated skills to creatively design and offer business solutions.
- Experience in conducting technical presentations, product demos, proofs of concept, user training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent soft skills with ability to articulate complex technical content.
- Self motivated, team player with a clear focus on closing deals.
- Knowledge of the channel technical ecosystem in Middle East.
- Open to travel as business demands.
Qualification
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering.
Plus
- Proficiency and understanding of multiple security technologies: Endpoint security, Email Security, Network Security, Cloud Security, M365.
- Understand different product offerings around Data Loss Prevention, Data Classification, Encryption, Cloud Access Security Brokers, Threat Protection.
- Certification in knowledge areas related to information security.
- Any vertical specific exposure like BFSI/Government/Defense is good to have.
- Understanding of AI concepts will be an advantage.
