Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to promote and sell card-related products such as credit cards, debit cards, or prepaid cards.
The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell credit cards and other card products to potential customers
- Identify and approach new sales opportunities through direct sales, referrals, and leads
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and banking policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approvals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services
- Experience in credit card or card-related product sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of financial products and banking procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum [2–5] years of relevant sales experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
