- Prioritize opportunities based on volume, value, and strategic fit.

- Propose appropriate solutions, materials, formats, and production options.
- Prepare and support quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Support the end to end sales cycle, including negotiations and closing activities.
- Work closely with senior leadership to finalize commercial agreements.

Job Overview

New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within printing and packaging markets.

Sales Pipeline Management
- Generate, manage, and track sales opportunities through CRM systems.

Client Engagement and Solution Positioning
- Engage with clients to understand printing and packaging requirements (specifications, volumes, timelines).

Sales Execution and Deal Support
- Support the end to end sales cycle, including negotiations and closing activities.

- Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities for product diversification and business growth.
Cross Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
- Align on production capacity, material availability, and delivery schedules.
Minimum Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, packaging materials, and production workflows.

Pay
