Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales and business development strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across GCC countries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, beauty spas, distributors, retailers and other professional partners
- Develop and manage distributor and channel partner relationships to expand market presence
- Conduct product presentations, business meetings, negotiations, and product demonstrations for clients and partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, trade shows and industry events
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and business development reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and successful project execution
- Travel across GCC countries as required to support business development activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales and business development experience in the premium beauty, professional skincare, aesthetics or luxury beauty industry
- Demonstrated experience working with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, beauty spas, luxury hotels, salons, distributors or similar professional channels
- Strong network within the beauty, aesthetics, or professional skincare industry is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and training materials
- Self motivated, target driven, and capable of working independently
- Willingness and ability to travel across GCC countries based on business requirements

About the Role
- We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven Senior Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our B2B business across the GCC.
- The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the premium beauty, professional skincare, or aesthetics industry, with the ability to build strong business relationships and drive sales growth.
