About the Role

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven Senior Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our B2B business across the GCC.
  • The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the premium beauty, professional skincare, or aesthetics industry, with the ability to build strong business relationships and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales and business development strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across GCC countries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, beauty spas, distributors, retailers and other professional partners.
  • Develop and manage distributor and channel partner relationships to expand market presence.
  • Conduct product presentations, business meetings, negotiations, and product demonstrations for clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, trade shows and industry events.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and business development reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and successful project execution.
  • Travel across GCC countries as required to support business development activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales and business development experience in the premium beauty, professional skincare, aesthetics or luxury beauty industry.
  • Demonstrated experience working with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, beauty spas, luxury hotels, salons, distributors or similar professional channels.
  • Strong network within the beauty, aesthetics, or professional skincare industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and training materials.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across GCC countries based on business requirements.

Salary

  • Competitive (to be discussed) + Performance Based Commission (upon achievement of agreed KPIs)
