Job Title: Sales Executive – Luxury Skincare Brand

About Tursian

Tursian is a premium luxury skincare brand committed to delivering high-quality skincare solutions through innovation, elegance, and excellence.

We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Sales Executive to represent our brand and build strong relationships with clinics, beauty centres, retailers, and skincare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit dermatology clinics, aesthetic centres, retailers, and other skincare-related businesses to promote Tursian products.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners.
  • Present and explain product features, benefits, and brand positioning effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate promotional activities when required.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, luxury products, or the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Highly presentable, confident, and professional personality.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to travel and visit multiple client locations daily.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of the skincare or aesthetic industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to represent a luxury brand with professionalism and elegance.
  • Strong networking and client management skills.
