About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning to support business growth, particularly within the skincare, beauty or retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports and annual budgets.
  • Monitor cash flow, conduct financial forecasting, and manage expense control.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations (including VAT), financial policies, and industry standards.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies for business expansion.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Manage inventory cost tracking, stock valuation, and pricing analysis for skincare products.
  • Handle e-commerce sales accounting entries, reconciliations, and payment gateway settlements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE (experience in skincare, beauty, retail, or e-commerce industry preferred).
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE tax regulations, VAT compliance, and financial best practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and strategic approach to financial management.
