Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 4 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE
- Experience in skincare, beauty, retail, or e commerce industry highly preferred
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Solid understanding of UAE tax regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented Accountant with more than 3 years of UAE experience and strong proficiency in QuickBooks to manage financial operations and support the continued growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, budgets, and management accounts.
- Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and expense management activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, financial policies, and accounting standards.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost saving opportunities and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory financial reporting requirements.
- Track inventory costs and perform pricing analysis for skincare and beauty products.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting systems.
- Manage e commerce sales accounting entries, payment gateway reconciliations, and related reporting.
- Support month end and year end closing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
- Experience in the skincare, beauty, retail, or e commerce industry is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Solid understanding of UAE tax regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting best practices.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to financial management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling inventory accounting and cost analysis.
- Familiarity with e commerce platforms and payment reconciliation processes.
- Professional accounting certifications (ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
