Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing a premium shopping experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and provide professional recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service in a professional manner.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are displayed attractively.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 **years of sales experience** in **accessories, jewelry, or leather goods retail**.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• **Monthly Salary:** AED **2,800 – AED 3,500**, depending on experience and qualifications.
• **Sales Commission:** **1.5%** on individual sales generated.
• **Annual Bonus:** A **one-time yearly performance bonus**, awarded at management's discretion based on the employee’s overall performance and KPI evaluation.
