- Record and maintain daily accounting transactions
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
- Reconcile daily sales from retail stores, online channels, and POS systems
- Verify and reconcile cash, card, bank, and online payment transactions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Monitor, reconcile, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Conduct inventory reconciliations and assist with stock counts
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between POS, payment gateways, bank deposits, and accounting records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Prepare and maintain VAT documentation and ensure timely tax filing
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and tax filing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Experience in inventory management, inventory control, and inventory reconciliation
- Experience in daily sales reconciliation and transaction matching
- Ability to prepare monthly financial reports
- Previous experience in retail or trading industry preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command of English (written and spoken)

- We are looking for a detail oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Requirements
