- Manage day to day accounting operations for two companies
- Monitor and reconcile inventory movement between branches and warehouse
- Conduct regular branch visits and physical stock counts
- Verify that physical stock matches POS and accounting system reports
- Investigate inventory variances and prepare adjustment reports
- Perform daily sales and cash reconciliation from POS systems
- Prepare monthly financial reports, P&L, and Balance Sheet
- Handle month end and year end closing activities
- Monitor branch expenses, petty cash, and stock transfers
- Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
- Strong experience in inventory control and stock reconciliation
- Experience handling multi branch or multi company operations
- Good knowledge of POS reconciliation and inventory audits
- Experience using accounting/ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP Business One, or similar
- Advanced Excel skills
- UAE driving license preferred
- Arabic and English preferred

Job Summary

Requirements

- Strong experience in inventory control and stock reconciliation.
- Experience handling multi branch or multi company operations.
- Good knowledge of POS reconciliation and inventory audits.
- Experience using accounting/ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP Business One, or similar.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently and visit branches regularly.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Arabic and English preferred.
