Job Purpose
Lead sales performance on the shop floor by driving revenue, handling complex customer cases, supporting the team, and applying optical knowledge.
Ensure high-quality customer experience and business results.
Sales and Customer Experience
- Drive high-value sales, upselling, cross-selling, and promotional execution.
- Support store targets and improve conversion and average transaction value.
- Act as a role model in sales behavior and customer handling.
- Handle complex customer cases, objections, and complaints.
- Deliver a premium and consistent customer experience.
- Build relationships with VIP and returning customers.
Optical and Transaction Support
- Understand prescriptions, lenses, and product matching.
- Guide customers before and during technical handling.
- Support opticians in explaining technical solutions in a sales-friendly way.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and support insurance sales.
- Support the team in resolving insurance-related issues.
- Check orders for basic accuracy and customer expectations.
