About the Role

- Manage complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally

- Coordinate sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
- Handle big or challenging markets or multi country
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Geology from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Well Construction and Drilling Services Sales
- Experience with P&L and Tenders
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, and lead programs/projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills

- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Geology from an accredited university or college.
