Senior Sales Advisor’s (Emiratization)

responsibility is to provide potential clients with the right properties based on their specification.

Work in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales.

Sales Management

· Understand the company culture and real estate industry.

· Contact leads assigned through phone calls, emails, meetings and site visits.

· Provide clients with accurate product information, advise and assist in decision making.

· Ensure that clients are offered good match of their needs and in their best interest.

· Empathy and ability to understand customer viewpoint and customer service.

· Provide sales proposal for client considerations

· Develop sales pitch and handle objections effectively

· Achieve sales goals and targets

· Attend team meetings and provide ideas on how to generate sales

· Maintain relationships with existing clients to keep them satisfied and promote future opportunities and referrals.

· Stay current on the real estate industry, research new market trends, housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry.

Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.

· Prioritize and effectively manage time.

· Maintain relationships with partners that may be able to refer potential buyers to the company.

· Diligently provide the leads update to reporting manager and discuss any concerns for action.

· Comply with sales policies and procedures

· Source potential investors and establish good working

· Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.

Reporting

· Provide regular reports to line manager to update on the sales pipeline.

· Submit market intelligence report

Desired Skills And Experience

· Masters / Bachelor's Degree in related discipline/ industry.

· Minimum 2-4 years of local Real Estate experience.

· Both developer and broker work experience is a plus

· Ability to think strategically

· Think outside the box

· Should possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

· Excellent English Language skills required

· Arabic Language is a plus

· Good understanding of Arabic cultures

· Ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations confidently.

· Ability to provide rational input in negotiations.

· Ability to utilize available resources effectively.

· NOW driven, positive energy and I Can Do attitude

· Passion, Integrity and Commitment

· Empathy and ability to understand customer viewpoint and customer service

· Ability to build relationships with peers, cross-functional counterparts, and upper management
